Good place to stay in nice room good staff clean room we like it and rent it again next time

The Balinese semi-open bathroom is really nice in the deluxe room. Room very clean and good bed, nice terrace at the entrance. The hotel is located on the main street were are all the restaurants and bars with entertainment at night. It's 5/10 min walk from the best beach of Gili. Breakfast with direct view on the sea.

Breakfast is not good and you have almost no choice which is not very nice compared to the price of the room. Close to the entertained party of the island so by night you hear the music until late. Not good for people that are looking for a quiet place. I found it a little bit expensive compared to the price you can negotiate on the island (if you have time to negotiate).

The location is good and the food was better than Scallwags.

No TV or hot water and very noisy both nights with very loud music until 2am the first night and noise from the nearby stadium broadcasting a football match from 2.30am until 5am so no sleep for 2 nights-not happy!

Location was very good becuas front of beach and very near to all diving centers in th area..price is great..design of rooms was great and the resort restaurant was very good too..all staff were very helpful. And I love to stay again in this resort.

No room services!!! And no phone to call front disk to bring you anything..

The deluxe room are spacious, tastefully decorated, very clean and is quiet. The restaurant has awesome view of the Mount Rinjani and the ocean, a great place to have breakfast or spend the afternoon chatting or just having a quiet time on your own. Drinks (cocktails, etc.) are quite good value. Location wise also very good because it is not far from the harbour and just right in the heart of the island.

Friendly staff, great breakfast and food in general. Good location, cool bathrooms, cable tv and excellent air con.

Wifi was a bit annoying but still worked ok- probably should've spent less time on Facebook and more time in the pool/on the beach/at the bar.

Overall the hotel is worth the price. Really nice

The down part was that we (me and my girlfriend) could here the music from the bar when we were inside of our room

I loved the privacy of the deluxe rooms....the outside shower....although the water was a bit sparse, which was to be expected....loved the room....comfy bed....great pillows....breakfast good with a million dollar view.

The staffs are genuinly helpfull. There's an irish bar with good food, party everynight, but you barely hear them from your room. Its hard to not having good days.

Its a bit expensive for a 3 stars hotel around lombok & the minimum facility. We weren't happy with pillow case holes and and stains on their sheet or the low fresh water. But we understand the scarsity on a small isalnd.

The room was very nice, good size and clean. The outside bathroom is an experience if coming from Europe. I enjoyed it. The Gili are very small, but the hotel has a good location close to the boarding area for the boats to Bali

The bar were breakfast is served could do with some refurbishment. Even if it may be not, it looks like it is dirty. Works were being carried out at breakfast time in the area, which is quite annoying and noisy

The location was brilliant and the staff were really great. The bar was lively everyday which was also great.

Room 9 had a really bad smell in the toilet all the time. Maybe something to do with the drain and it being at the end.

Verry friendly staff, good food and close to everything on Gili T. (but then island is fairly small so close to everything no matter where you stay)

The hotel had one of the party bars for the island so unless you are partying till early morning it is a little noisy. There was no hotel information booklet in room so had some problems with wifi access and room safe access, however, received usage info after consulting reception

Water running down wall from unit upstairs. No drinking water and no fridge. No blanket. Just quilt. Noisy. At Breakfast was greeted with mess of party the night before.
